Inability to sleep soundly, insomnia and other symptoms of sleeplessness are all too common problems that many people face. Often these are just normal way our body reacts to current changes happening in our lives, and sometimes these can just be temporary changes that will dissipate with time. Unfortunately for some people this may not be temporary, but rather a very serious sleeping problem that will change their entire life; not only emotionally, but physically as well.
Lack of sleep, or sleeplessness will affect in a bad way a person’s outlook on life and may even change them personality wise. As a result, it is not just him or her but those around him who normally interacts with him that may be affected.
On occasion, toss and turning, and not getting enough sleep could also be a sign of real medical problem. It is not unusual for persons suffering from depression, anxiety, and other psychological problems or mood disorders to have sleepless nights.
