<p>1)Does anyone have a good muscle building program that they recommend?</p>
<p>&#13;To gain muscle mass I suggest you focus your time on compound exercise like squat, deadlift, bench press, dips, pullup, stiff leg deadlift and clean and jerk.</p>
<p>&#13;These exercises are excellent to stimulate natural human growth hormone and testosterone in your body. Make sure to train to failure with 6 to 8 reps, do no more than 2 sets to failure. Train no more than 3 times per week.</p>
<p>&#13;In order for your muscle to grow they need rest, so make sure to sleep a minimum of 8 hours per night. Eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pounds. Eat enough calories ( multiply your bodyweight by 17 at least&#8230; so if you are 200 lbs multiply by 17=3400 that&#8217;s the minimum)</p>
<p>&#13;Drink lots of water like 8 to 10 glasses a day minimum(Muscle are made up of 66% water)</p>
<p>&#13;Simple formula for muscle building: train hard, eat lots of protein rich food with enough calories and rest, rest, rest.</p>
<p>&#13;2)Do I need Protein Supplements To Build Muscle Mass?</p>
<p>&#13;Protein supplements are not a absolute must to build muscle. You can get all the proteins you need in food like eggs, meat, fish, cheese and milk. Just try to consume at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.</p>
<p>&#13;Try to eat enough calories comming from good quality food like oatmeal, veggies, sweet potatoes, fruits. Shoot for 17 times your bodyweight for the amount of calories you need daily.</p>
<p>&#13;Also, don&#8217;t forget to train very hard and intense. Short workout of 45 minutes 3 time a week. Finally get al least 8 hours of sleep every night with a nap in the afternoon if you can.</p>
<p>&#13;3)Is 7,500 calories ok to gain muscle and can I eat 3 meals a day of a 1,000 calories?</p>
<p>&#13;7,500 calories is a lot. I understand your metabolism is fast but this is a lot of calories and the weight you will gain will probably be mostly fat.</p>
<p>&#13;In my opinion you don&#8217;t need that much calories you just need to eat enough protein ( At least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight but 1.5 to 2 gram per pound is better for fast muscle gain).</p>
<p>&#13;If your job involve hard physical work, then yes you could eat 1,000 calories a meal but for 90% of the population this will just result in fat gain not muscle mass.</p>
<p>&#13;4)What is a good diet and exercise routine to help lose body fat but maintain muscle?</p>
<p>&#13;Interval training and compound exercises like deadlift, squat and clean and jerk are the best to help you lose fat and maintain muscle.</p>
<p>&#13;Interval training is great for losing fat fast and getting you in top shape. Compound exercises are fantastic for building muscle and for making you out of breath. Both training are excellent for raising your natural human growth hormones and testosterones level, which have a big impact on muscle building and fat loss.</p>
<p>&#13;As for food, you should eat good natural food like fish, meat, cheese, veggies and carb food like oatmeal, sweet potatoes and brown rice.</p>

<p>There are many fitness programs available these days all promising to be one of the best available &amp; the ideal one for you.  There is no fitness program available that is the best for all. You are an individual with different needs, wants &amp; lifestyle so there cannot be a fitness program that is ideal for all.</p>

<p>Every fitness program has its pro&#8217;s &amp; con&#8217;s &amp; it&#8217;s up to you to decide which one is best for you, after all you need a fitness program that you know you are going to enjoy, that way you will stick to it &amp; reap the full benefits.</p>

<p>So which fitness program is for you ? Will you choose one of the well known ones such as Pilates, Step, or Aerobics (in one form or another) or will you go for one of the many celebrity fitness programs. <p>Pilates Fitness Program<br />&#13;<br />
                  Developed by Joseph Hubertis Pilates as far back as the early 1900&#8217;s, Pilates is based upon developing &amp; improving body posture &amp; flexibility of movement originally using the resistance of springs. Pilates can be practised using specially designed equipment or performing exercises based on the Pilates system simply on a mat. Pilates has spawned many different versions which are available today. Pilates fitness programs are available on video or DVD to use with or without equipment, for you to follow at home or you could try your local gym to see if they run classes there.</p>

<p>Step Fitness Program<br />&#13;<br />
               Step is basically a form of aerobic exercise involving stepping on &amp; off a step quite often to music. You can follow this fitness program from a video or DVD at home using a simple piece of equipment or in a group at your local gym or recreation centre.</p>

                Aerobics is a fitness program in numerous different formats but basically involves lots of movement such as arm raises, leg raises, kicks, stretching, lunging, bending etc to music. The type &amp; frequency of movements should depend upon your current level of fitness. The fitness program can again be followed at home using a video or DVD or at classes in your local gym or recreation centre.</p>

<p>I was very surprised, and not in a nice way, to get two notices from my own health insurance company. The first one, as expected, notified me that rates were going up again this year. The second one shocked me becaue it notified me that I had grown a year older, and was now in a more expensive age band. So I got my rates increased, not once, but twice!</p>
<p>I know others will be interested in knowing the top tips for saving money without losing good health coverage. Understand that all of these ideas will not work for everybody, but many people should be able to find one or two hot tips they can use to find cheaper health insurance.</p>
<p>I see a lot of TOP 10 lists, so I thought I would go one better by providing 11 ways to cut health insurance premiums!</p>
<p>- Can you raise your deductible? A health insurance deductible is the amount you must pay every year before your company starts to cover medical services. A $250 yearly deductible will cost thousands of dollars more, every year, than a $2500 yearly deductible. And of course, a $5,000 yearly deductible will be cheaper still. In fact, it may be possible to save more than the deductible difference. If you consider this option, it would be a good idea to try to set some of your savings aside in case you do run up more out of pocket medical expenses.</p>
<p>- Sometimes more policies cost less. Many health insurance agents urge their cliets to be creative. They mention the tactic of buying major medical along with a cheap accident and/or critical illness plan. This can reduce out of pocket expenses, but be very affordable! If your deductible is $10,000, and little Suzy breaks her arm, the ER visit can be covered by a cash payment from an accident policy. If Dad has a minor heart attack, a critical illness policy can provide cash to cover the deductible, make up for lost income, and still cost less!</p>
<p>- Do you really benefit from copay benefits? &#8211; Sure, you may have $40 copays, but the negotiated rate a network doctor can charge may not be that much more than that anyway. Meanwhile, you have paid 25% of your insurance premium for this benefit. If you have to pay a network negotiated rate for a $120 doctor&#8217;s office visit a couple of times a year, but that benefit costs you $1,200 a year, does that make sense? Balance your yearly deductible vs. the copay benefit to make a decision.</p>
<p>- Can you qualify for any government health? I know lots of families who carry individual health insurance on themselves, but use the CHIPS programs for their kids. They have a moderate income so their children qualify for the federal children&#8217;s program.</p>
<p>- Raise Your Deductible &#8211; The premium difference between a $500 deductible and a $2500 yearly deductible can be thousands of dollars every year. It would take months for you to save the difference.</p>
<p>- Consider an H.S.A &#8211; The tax advantages of a health savings account can be worth hundreds of dollars every month. In addition, you can use tax deferred dollars to pay for many medical services, including a higher deductible.</p>
<p>- Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle &#8211; You know that people who do not smoke and who maintain a normal weight will get discounts for health insurance.</p>
<p>- Raise your RX deductible &#8211; If you aren&#8217;t comfortable with raising your yearly medical deductible, consider raising your RX deductible. Some plans will let you keep the lower deductible if you buy generics anyway.</p>
<p>- Look for consumer driven health plans. &#8211; If you are a man or older woman, and do not have children, some state mandated benefits like early childhood care or maternity care do not make sense. Why pay for them. You can find some consumer driven health plans that make you sign a paper that you understand you are skipping these benefits that you do not need. Of course, be sure you will not need them in the near future.</p>
<p>- Will a part time job provide health insurance? &#8211; If you are self-employed, or work at a job that does not provide health insurance, consider working part time for a company that provides group health insurance. If one spouse could find a 20 hour a week job with an employer who provides health insurance, it may help a lot.</p>
<p>- Shop Around for Cheaper Health Insurance Premiums &#8211; Insurers keep coming up with new and innovative health insurance plans, and don&#8217;t assume your old company gives you the best rates. Nothing could be simpler than using an online health insurance quote form to compare rates and plans.</p>
<p>You know that you should be sure you have qualified for, and been accepted by, a new health plan before you cancel your old one. But people do shop around for health insurance and change in order to keep top quality medical coverage that makes sense while saving lots of money!</p>
