Be more active. Being active is another key thing to being a healthier person. If you want to be healthy, then you need to start doing things with your body that is good for it. Things like running and lifting weights is good for your body because it gets your heart pumping in ways that it needs to be pumping. Start running more so that you can be in better shape.
