2-Change around your diet
Even though you are taking the multi vitamin, it is still important to get vitamins and minerals from real foods. If you are not eating a lot of fruit and veggies every day then you need to start. Don’t eat the same kind of fruit and veggie every time though, the body likes to switch things up. If you had a banana for breakfast have an apple for lunch.
3-Get some form of exercise in
Obviously an important part of living a good life is staying fit. You cannot stay as fit as possible if you do not get some form of exercise in. I am not saying you have to go out and lift weights every day, but you should at least go for long walks or jogs every couple of days.
